In our 30 years of experience, we have found five key issues that frequently get in the way of creating a high performing organization. Our corporate offerings are designed to explore these core areas:

Context for Results:

What is my context? How is it working for me, and where is it getting in my way? The foundation for all of our results is our context – our filter, our way of viewing the world. Put two people in the same difficult situation, one is distressed by it while the other is strengthened by it. The question is not; “Are you right about your context?” rather, the question is, “Does your present context help you to create the results you really want?” This workshop explores the topic of context, its effect on results and teaches participants how to create a context shift in order to improve their results.

Building Relationship Capital:

According to ongoing research, success in today’s marketplace is more dependent on your EQ - emotional quotient - than on your IQ – intellectual quotient. While one’s IQ is believed to be set at an early age, one’s EQ may be raised through awareness and education. The strength of one’s emotional intelligence correlates to the strength of one’s relationships with others. Building relationship capital increases true collaboration, team cohesion, employee engagement, retention and overall results. This workshop examines the impact of relationship capital and how to build it.

Accountability for Results:

Accountability is often desired yet frequently misunderstood. A high majority of people see the value of increased accountability but run into problems when attempting to motivate others in that direction. In this workshop, participants better understand the concept of accountability; learn to develop effective responses to those who have a context of blame or defense, and how to motivate others to be more accountable in order to improve the working environment and results.

Dealing with Difficult People:

Every person is unique and organizations are strengthened by engaging a diverse workforce. The challenge begins when differences clash and create difficulty in the workplace. This workshop is designed for participants to discover how to work more effectively with these differences and build the teamwork and collaboration critical for organizational success.

Presentation Dynamics:

There are many people and organizations that have a good product, a new idea or a valuable message to convey. It doesn’t matter how important your message is if people don’t hear it, don’t understand it or don’t experience it as authentic. Whether presenting one-to-one, or one-to-thousands, participants learn how to more effectively present their ideas. This course is also available in a 1-3 day format with video recording and personalized feedback. Through actual presentation, participants gain increased awareness of their individual presentation styles, making the most elegant compensations for their liabilities, and bringing themselves to the material in such a way that it is more alive and compelling.
